RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your HONEYCHARGE experience.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns if:
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Opened consumable products are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
