Shipping Policy

HoneyCharge ships from Miami, Florida to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

Rates

• Orders $50 and over: free standard shipping. The Bundle qualifies on its own.
• Orders under $50: $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern or on weekends begin processing the next business day. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your distance from Florida. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Address problems and lost packages

Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier. If tracking shows delivered and you can't find the package after 48 hours, or tracking stops moving for more than 7 days, email us and we'll replace the order or refund you.

Cold weather

Honey doesn't spoil in transit, but it can crystallize or firm up in cold weather. That's normal and harmless — knead the sachet for a few seconds and it flows again.
