• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking:

4. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reship fees.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages Once packages are marked as delivered, HONEYCHARGE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For issues, please contact the carrier directly.
