Our Story

I started HoneyCharge because every pre-workout I picked up had twenty-two ingredients I couldn't pronounce — and I'd crash an hour into training.

I'm Ricky. I train in Miami, I've spent my career in sales, and I'm not a chemist. What I wanted was simple: real fuel I could take before a session, that worked, that didn't wreck my stomach, and that I could read the label of without a search engine. Nothing on the shelf did that. So I made it in my kitchen in Hialeah.

Why honey

Honey is one of the oldest performance foods there is — fast, natural carbohydrate your body already knows how to use. No dextrose, no maltodextrin, no syrup engineering. I added whey protein isolate to protect muscle during the session, hydrolyzed collagen for joints and tendons, sea salt to replace what you sweat out, and real vanilla because it tastes good. For the mornings that need a kick, Ignite adds 100mg of natural caffeine from green tea. That's the whole formula, and it's printed on every pouch.

How it's made

HoneyCharge is filled in small batches here in Florida — I run the filling machine myself. Every batch is the same short ingredient list, and every sachet is 30g so you know exactly what you're getting. It contains milk (from the whey), and we say so on the front of the label, not the fine print.

Who it's for

Lifters, runners, and anyone who trains hard and is tired of guessing what's in their pre-workout. Most of the people using HoneyCharge today found it at a Miami gym or a run club, tore one open, and kept going. That's still the whole marketing plan: put it in your hands and let the product do the talking.

The promise

Every ingredient on the label. No proprietary blends. No artificial colors. And a 30-day money-back guarantee — opened or not — because I'd rather refund you than have you keep something that doesn't work for you.
