Thank you for choosing HoneyCharge. We ship our honey-based fuel pouches from the United States and want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground / First-Class): $5.99 — 3 to 7 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
HoneyCharge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
HoneyCharge is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us at honeychargefuel@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please: 1. Check with neighbors and household members 2. Wait 48 hours (packages occasionally show as delivered before they actually arrive) 3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number 4. If still unresolved, email us at honeychargefuel@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help Address changes If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering at honeychargefuel@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it. Refused shipments Refused shipments returned to us are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee plus the original shipping cost (deducted from the refund).
